Loan ID

Your Loan ID is a four, five or six digit number that can be found on the bottom right hand corner of your loan statements. Alternatively you can find this number on your Direct Debit Authority confirmation letter.


Your PIN is the 4-digit passcode that you use to log in to the StarNet system. This would have been mailed to you at the time that you settled your loan or registered for StarNet access. Your StarNet PIN is sometimes referred to as your StarNet/StarCall access code and is different to your debit card PIN.
