IMPORTANT: We have changed the way you log on to StarNet to improve the security. If you are logging on for the first time following the system change, you will now need to verify yourself and set up your new password. If you are an existing Advantedge customer, use your existing Loan ID and PIN as your log on and proceed to follow the prompts. If you do not have a valid mobile number or email address, please complete an Update Contact Details form, then scan or photograph and email it to customercare@advantedge.com.au. Please refer to StarNet Login User Guide for more information. We’ll send you a confirmation once this is updated and you will be able to continue to complete the new login process.
